Ask on redemption room on 1st or 2nd floor. We were on 4th, it’s great view from balcony but very long way up.

we took a villa on the 5th storey the escalators didn't work. nobody to talk to. the food was class b. ....

Best hotel in Montenegro

Can you please refund me my money already? You gave me hard time to cancel my reservation during covid19. Now that booking.com canceled it due to forced circumstances, i still havent got my money back. I know hotels are having rough time but i am the one who lost his job due to the pandemic. Please do the right thing for once

A big hotel. It has the best beach in Budva. And the hotels location is too. The rooms are very nice.
