Rested in an apartment since September 16, 2019, which is located on the top floor of a multi-storey modern building. In the photo they are upholstered in green tones. Very cozy, with a stunning view of Becici, the sea, the mountains and the closed, well-kept territory of the IBEROSTAR hotel.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, beach towel, bathrobes (very handy if you want to visit the spa of one of the hotels). The quiet split-system is well located, does not blow in the head. Comfortable bed, flat mattress, soft duvet and pillows, good quality linens.
A huge balcony with access to the living room and bedroom provides a good view, relaxation and drying of clothes.
On the other side of the building there is an expensive hotel DUKLEY, past which, along a nice path, you can walk to the city of Budva (10 minutes - to the new, 30 minutes - to the old town). In five minutes there is a bus stop, a good supermarket, where meat products will be cooked for you free of charge. There is a vegetable stand nearby. The cost of an umbrella and two sun loungers on the beach is 10E. Seats in areas without amenities are free.
Now about the cons.
Since the building is built on a hill, magnificent views complement the noise from the road, ventilation systems on the roof of the spa complex below you, evening music from the bar, fireworks.
Second: you will not be able to go to the beach by a short road through the hotel territory - there are guards everywhere. The Iberostar complex will have to be circumvented.
Third: an elevator is provided from the fourth floor, because the first two are occupied by a car park, and the next two are office premises. To get to the elevator, you have to climb 80 steps.
Fourth: a small bedroom. A baby stroller or crib will not fit there.
If you are at an advanced age or with a small child, or absolutely not ready to put up with extraneous sounds, I do not recommend it.
