We got everything we expected from this villa. Nice spacious enough two-room suite for four with a rather big bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. There were enough wardrobes and bedside tables for everyone, there was a safe in the room. The repair is decent, there is everything to cook by ourselves.
The roof terrace definitely made up for our living on the ground floor, at any time you could go up there and admire the view, eat, as there are tables, chairs, sofas, and even sunbathe on sun loungers. Everything is very thought out, the terrace has covered and open parts and a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, so as not to go down to your room every time. Several times we had dinner there during bad weather, we really liked it.
On the ground floor there is a reception and tables, you can order tea and coffee. You can also take free beach umbrellas and umbrellas from the rain, and even matches, for this is a separate plus.
Rooms were cleaned every day very carefully. The room originally had dishwashing liquid and a sponge in the kitchen, liquid soap and toilet paper in the bathroom.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
If we rest in Budva again, I will not hesitate to choose this villa again.
A beautiful clean villa with a fresh renovation, good staff. They speak English and Russian, the photo is a view from the top floor-terrace, they brought small chocolate gifts with them as a gift for the staff (we always take them if we go somewhere). True, a Ukrainian neighbor from above who stomped loudly at night, walking on stiletto heels, (the floors without carpet affected), constantly moving the table in the middle of the night, tried to be rude to comments, after several requests from the administration, calmed down slightly. And somehow in the alley on which our balcony came out, 2 families of Serbs fought, with whom the police dealt with for an hour :)
Otherwise, everything is as described in other reviews.
The villa only works with tour. companies, private owners does not make reservations. Not far, across the street from the "Aroma" store, we found a new place for grilling seafood. 12 large shrimps, squid and dorado fish cost 35 Euros without paying for the grill.
Good small inexpensive hotel. Cleaning every day. Not far from the sea, 5-10 minutes walk. The hosts are hospitable, polite. The only pressure of water in the shower on the 4th floor wants to be stronger and the view of the neighbor's roof (a lot of construction rubbish) But in general it’s not bad at all
