Great place, very clean, affordable, helpful staff. Location is great, secluded, but at a same time very close to everything needed. Local store and bakery are just down the street, less than 100 meters from the hotel. Local beach is just about 400 meters away, if you walk straight across the round about.
Beautiful small hotel, beautiful pool... best location!

First of all, the assessment concerns accommodation in a hotel with children - it is better to look for a more comfortable place for a family vacation. I must mention extremely nice administrators, especially Nastya from Kyiv - we are always happy to help solve any problem.
Positives:
1) Room cleaning daily - among Montenegrin hotels is a big plus
2) New furniture and equipment rooms
3) Close to the sea
4) Near a supermarket and a number of cafes
Negatives:
1) NEVER choose the Bed & Breakfast option - you will have breakfast in the Terminal cafe and you will have a choice of everything you can do with an egg - an omelet and scrambled eggs. On the fourth day you start to hate the omelet ... And the quality of the same dish for some reason differed every day - so I strongly do not recommend!
2) The room with the kitchen block was on the 1st floor and had to have a balcony, which in fact is a terrace through which you go inside. This was one of the biggest disappointments and deceptions, as the balcony provides privacy and at least some landscape. Therefore, be sure to clarify this question in advance.
3) Constant smoking of the staff - the night guard smokes like a steam locomotive, after all like most Montenegrins, everything would be fine if this stench did not linger in the room. Negotiations with the administrator saved the situation a bit, but still did not completely resolve it.
4) Industrial noise of air conditioners installed in a supermarket nearby - buzzing 24/7 with 10 minutes of pauses and the impression that this is a factory, expected that away from the road will be quiet and cozy, but it would be better to make noise because the noise was more annoying.
