Booked to stay in December. Need to contact hotel as cannot get into Hungary as borders are closed . Hotel ignoring calls and emails not just from myself but Expedia also. Would like the hotel to explain why ?? You have my £250 but ignore me . Why ?? Why are you still taking bookings and taking money but ignoring customers !! Appalling attitude .....nothing else to say but to others ....steer clear of this hotel !!!

The place is amazing. From the arrival to departure, all handled perfectly. The location is incredibly strategic, and the price is reasonable. It was such a comfortable stay, and the staffs were really friendly. The room is clean and the access is good, although the elevator is rather small, but it’s enough for me. Recommended!
I was lucky enough to stay in this lovely hotel in the middle of the city last weekend. On arrival I was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist. She explained everything and showed me the room which was very tidy and trendy ...loved it. I had a view to the square front of the Hotel. I think whenever I come to visit friend in Hungary; no question where will I stay again. Highly recommended....
