It is a nice and comfortable hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is super good. You can get here easily from the airport or from bus/train station with Metro 3. However, they can improve cleaning in the room. The WiFi signal wasn't so strong and I have to use my data on the phone.
Highly recommendable hotel to stay! Nice rooms and very clean
This hotel is in a fantastic location and is a quick walk from the parking lot next to the art museum. Too add, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast selection was nice. I felt this hotel didn’t earn 5 stars because their beds were not very comfortable.
When our flight was canceled and the borders of the country were closed due to COVID-19 pandemic, this hotel refused to return our money back.
It's up to you whether to have a deal with this organization or not, but I cannot recommend it for sure.
Excellent location, friendly staff and beautiful breakfast room and lobby. Disappointing rooms- we stayed in room 606 which was pretty sparse and didn't feel like a hotel room at all, nice bathroom though albeit small.
Annoying duvets- two single ones for a double bed?! We found the bed comfortable but be warned they are VERY hard- probably not what most people would enjoy. The room was also really hot and hard to control the temperature. The branding and marketing for this hotel portrays it as a 4* when really it is a 3* so bear this in mind. We felt more attention was put in the common areas rather than the rooms.
