Well, this is my answer.

For the same period you had many other reviews and your property was open.
2. I made my reservation via booking.com.

This is because your housekeeper arrived at 10.30 a.m. and started yelling at me and screaming without reason.
Maybe you should have a better understanding of what goes on at your property instead of denying your guests claims.
Last year we were in expensive hotel, and for that price we expected more.. So this time we choose Park&Art and we are very satisfied. Price is good(98 euro for two nights- two persons). 300 meters away is private parking (4 euro per day). There is an excellent restaurant near called Paprika. Apartment was clean and had all you need to feel comfortable. Taxi is very cheap but choose taxi service not a freelancer. Taxi service price is one euro per kilometer and for start about 2,2 euro. City center is about 4 km away. And building where is the apartment looks very interesting.
I absolutely adored the decoration of this small Mini Hotel. Every detail is carefully selected. We and both of our children loved the space. The breakfast was so well selected and plenty that now we have to have similar selection at home for the children. Near the Zoo and the park! Just perfect! We will be back for sure!
Nice clean place, quiet neighbourhood, about 4 km away from center. Near is great Restaurant Paprika, and Cafe, bakery and market. We'll come back again. Owners are friendly and helpful.
Our stay was perfect - the place is really nice decorated, spacious, clean, quiet althought it's situated on a busy boulevard and strategically close to the metrostation which makes the city centre easily reachable. The communication with the owner was also quick and easy via mail.There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen which makes you feel even more comfortable. My only recommendation is maybe a TV in the room.
