Rather a business hotel than wellness. The skybar pool is way too cold. The breakfast is super delicious, however, the whole atmosphere would be better if there would be a terrace area where visitors could sit and eat their morning meal. All in all, the decoration and the interior design is amazingly beautiful.
We absolutely LOVED this hotel. It's boutique-style, each room has a different theme, open concept with clear glass from the bathroom into the bedroom. (There's a curtain for privacy). The hotel greeted us with a nice gesture upon arrival since it was our anniversary trip. The service is incredibly friendly and willing to help at anytime. The rooms were very clean, loved their sheets and comfy mattress. I would definitely stay here again. Pool is amazing and top views of the city. Thanks so much for making our stay! Specially the cleaning ladies, we always loved coming back to our rooms!

Massively disappointed in customer service!
In uncertain times like these,I was hoping to modify my booking but instead of help,I’ve received a rather disgusting email from the management team that they cannot change dates,and that he is gonna take me to court if I leave a bad review...
Just got out of the hospital with covid-19,and was just hoping for some sympathy and/or decent customer service...
The hotel common grounds were absolutely terrific. Everything was clean, well lit and the latest technology was used wherever possible. Our room was fantastic. Spacious, high-tech and extremely comfortable. The location was ideal. Many important landmarks and stations for public transport were at close walking distance. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Amazing. Right in the centre, also near a metro stop. Rooms and common areas are modern and spotlessly clean. Rooftop pool is incredible. Staff friendly and helpful. Incredible value too, I paid €125 for a 3 night midweek stay, and would have been happy if it had cost twice as much. Will definitely stay here next time I come back to this beautiful city.
