Trying to contact the hotel after changing our dates from march to October but not getting an official confirmation. Trying to contact them for over a month to know what's going on with the booking but have had no response phone or email but they are still taking bookings on booking.com. Is this hotel open? Or are they just ignoring me?
It was a nice and clean room. I loved the interior! Its in a good location in the city and there is an underground parking in front of the place which was very convinient. The only bad thing was that the hotel is hard to find cause there isnt a sign to show where it is and we spent a lot of time during the night to find it.
Very nice hotel. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant - spoken English. Rooms had decent locks, bathroom was good. Location was excellent.

Nice place in a good area. Staff are nice but they didn't answer to my mail beforehand.
I loved the location and the decoration. Good breakfast and clean rooms. The stuff was really helpful.
