This was one of my favorite hotel experiences - we were welcomed by a super friendly lady who offered us coffee & cookies right away, then checked us in and accompanied us to our room. We truly got VIP treatment. The room was sparkling clean, I loved the entire design such as the black and white retro-floor in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and we had a coffee-capsule machine as well as a large, complimentary bottle of water in the room. The lobby is beautiful with so much attention to detail! Unfortunately we left very early in the morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. I would have loved to stay longer. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again!

We found Hotel Collect online and we couldn't have made a better choice. This is a boutique hotel, well decorated, comfortable beds, very clean and excellent staff. We met the owner, who was very charming and he got reservations for us at two of the busiest restaurants in Budapest. His staff was knowledgeable about the city; they suggested sights, restaurants, modes of transportation and were all personable and respectful of the hotel guests. I would give the hotel ten stars if I could and will definitely return for another stay in the future.

A charming and luxurious boutique hotel run by the friendliest of individuals. Upon arriving, my partner and I were welcomed with two glasses of champagne while we waited for our room to be prepared. Our room was capacious and comfy, boasting both natural light and complimentary access to Netflix (not that we needed it in this beautiful and lively city!) We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Collect and are grateful to staff members for their cordiality and their assiduous efforts to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.
