Very happy and very satisfied with my stay.

The owner of the premises is very friendly and quickly answers questions, she explains the operation of the equipment when the keys are handed over (magnetic pass).
It's clean, well decorated, tidy.
Private terrace, convenient for smokers, elevator, magnetic pass, friendliness of the owner, incredible decor (big favorite for the Jewelry room), near Gare du Midi (convenient for Zaventem or Charleroi airport) and shops.
The rooms are very equipped, I was particularly happy to find a bathrobe, slippers, a shoehorn, tea, coffee, wine, sodas, mineral water, hairdryer etc.
Decent hotel that is very close to the train station. The only downside is that the area, it isn't the safest area to stay in.
Besides that the staff are great, able to speak multiple languages and always keen to greet with a friendly manner.
There is however, an extra charge per night (hotel charge) which is something like 4€ or so but that's mentioned before hand which is great.
