A great place for a short stay, fantastic location with views to the grand place, at the very centre of Brussels. The train station is 6 min waking distance. Very helpful staff.
The hotel has three.stars. it is located in an old building, completely renewed internally. The rooms are small, even the shower is a glass cabin but very clean and of a good design. The breakfast is excellent for this category. Very friendly personal. A lot of students restaurants nearby in a nice district. (Maybe during the summertime it can become a little bit noisy but in March I ' didn't experience any problem.
The location is in the middle of the city centre and very nice. The rooms where clean, cosy and even free drinks in the fridge where included. (cola, Belgium beers, water) We even had a very large bathroom.
Our breakfast was very good: eggs, croissants, bread (fresh and organic), cheese, meat, jam, fresh fruit and even yogurt.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
Excellent location, friendly and helpful Staff. Breakfast the same for 6 days really needs some variation. Very modern style but always warm throughout.
I haven't stayed as a guest in a hotel. I have been a few times in their lounge bar ans restaurant and they are worth to visit. Coctails and drinks might seem to be a bit expensive, but it's worth it.
Todo o procedimento de check in foi realizado por sms (o que pode ser um problema para quem não tem um celular em Roaming na Bélgica).
No SMS que eu recebi, havia todas as instruções necessárias para chegar ao apartamento, bem como as senhas de acesso da porta principal do edifício e da caixinha onde se encontra a chave tradicional do apartamento. Também havia senha do wi-fi (muito veloz e estável) e algumas dicas da região.
O prédio se localiza em um excelente ponto da cidade, ao lado da Gran Place, ao redor da qual ficam as principais atrações de Bruxelas. Dá pra fazer quase tudo à pé. Nas imediações, há muitas opções de bares, restaurantes, lojas, chocolateries etc.
Todo o edifício (de esquina) pertence a um casal, que, apesar do pouquíssimo contato, parece ser bem simpático e refinado. Durante a nossa estadia, eles estavam inaugurando um sofisticado Wein Bar no térreo, local que certamente vale a visita. Como um dos propósitos da minha viagem era degustar as fantásticas cervejas belgas (e são infindáveis rótulos), não sobrou tempo livre para vinhos.
Quanto ao flat em em si, ele é perfeito para um casal. Fiquei com o do primeiro andar. É pequeno, a bem da verdade, mas todo o mobiliário foi feito sob medida para ele, sendo tudo muito funcional e de muito bom gosto.
Ele se divide em uma cozinha completa (com tudo novinho, inclusive uma Nespresso com cápsulas de cortesia!!!!), um quarto e um banheiro (de bom tamanho). Tudo muito limpo!
Não há cama, mas um sofá-cama, o que me deixou apreensivo no momento da reserva, haja vista que já tive uma péssima experiência com isso em outro estabelecimento. No entanto, no caso do flat em comento, o sofá-cama é de primeiríssima qualidade (made in Italy) e o colchão é muito confortável (melhor que minha própria cama hehehehe).
O quarto/sala possui aquecimento e uma televisão top de linha da Samsung, que dispõe de tv a cabo, vários apps instalados e com a qual se pode conectar o celular.
Respondendo algumas críticas que vi em outras avaliações:
Não deixe de vir por se tratar de um sofá-cama, pois conforme dito acima, ele é muito confortável e fácil de abrir e fechar.
O banheiro tem uma janela enorme, mas fechada com persiana, o que impede a vista de fora (só um louco pode vir a achar que pode ser visto por quem está de fora).
Televisão que liga sozinha (). Eu li isso em algum comentário e simplesmente não acreditei! Ela só ligará sozinha se algum hóspede tiver acionado alguma função que não devia. A Tv é uma das mais modernas do mercado (difícil de ver instalada em flats ao redor do mundo) e o manual está na gaveta (caso se precise).
As escadas são, de fato, íngremes e estreitas, mas não tive problemas com ela (e olha que não sou um cara pequeno e já beiro os 50 anos).
O piso é de madeira sim e o barulho vai depender da educação do hóspede do apartamento acima (não tivemos problema quanto a isso nos horários de repouso).
Problemas com check-in só terá quem não tiver recebido as instruções por email antecipadamente e que não tenha um celular funcionando em roaming na Bélgica.
Só não aconselho essa hospedagem para quem
tenha sérias limitações de locomoção;
esteja viajando com malas enormes e pesadas;
seja extremamente barrigudo (pois não conseguirá passar na porta do box do chuveiro);
seja bagunceiro (pois o apartamento é muito bacaninha e não merece ser maltratado).
Voltaria, com certeza, a me hospedar neste flat em uma próxima viagem à encantadora Bélgica.
We spent one night and the experience was great. Our room was in the top floor (5th) and everything was very clean/comfortable. The location of the hotel is just right, very central but far enough from the busy and noisy streets. We also liked the fact that the check out was at noon - so it’s possible to sleep until late and still take your time to checkout.
I stayed here over Christmas, and the hotel was perfect. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Plus, the location was fantastic. You could walk almost anywhere, and there were good shops and places to eat right by the hotel. Another great thing was the gym in the basement, which was nicer than most hotel gyms, and had all of the equipment you could ask for. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
I stayed here for a single night after a couple weeks in England and Paris. As soon as we arrived, our host was accommodating and helpful. We were able to store our luggage despite arriving early. A taxi was scheduled for our morning airport departure.
We received numerous recommendations for food and sights - all were excellent. Our one day in Brussels was entirely pleasant, hitting the typical tourist draws as well as some quieter scenic areas. Everything was am easy walk from the hotel, so the location was great.
We needed an early breakfast (at 7am), but the full breakfast was still provided (and was excellent). The breakfast was a wonderful start to a long travel day.
And the room - especially the shower, the bed, and the Nespresso machine! - was really a fantastic treat at the end of our trip.
If I'm ever in Brussels again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Actually, I look forward to it.
It is a small but beautiful hotel near the center of Brussels (500-600m). Very clean .
Nice simple and reach breakfast . The man who runs the hotel is a happy and helpful person. You feel that you live in your own room. Certainly i will go again when i visit Brussels.
Centrally located boutique hotel. Rooms with everything you need but nothing more. Breakfast as nice as the breakfast room with a view on Brussels in the morning. Recommended!
We had a very nice stay for 2 nights here. The owner was super-kind and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was with local, fresh croissants and bread. One note: breakfast was at a large common table with other guests.
In general the hotel is very nice, room is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very good. The only complain is the stairs is very narrow, no lift, so checking in with big and heavy luggage can be a big problem, but you can always leave your luggage down stairs at the lobby and bring only what you need to your room
The room was very stylish and nice. The breakfast delicious and the crew of the place very friendly and nice people. We had a very nice stay! Recommended!
