The location is in the middle of the city centre and very nice. The rooms where clean, cosy and even free drinks in the fridge where included. (cola, Belgium beers, water) We even had a very large bathroom.
Our breakfast was very good: eggs, croissants, bread (fresh and organic), cheese, meat, jam, fresh fruit and even yogurt.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
Great location, breakfast was good and rooms was okay. You have to call a number before you can get in, person on other side was very rude and upset they had to come open a door to let you in. Also had bad experience with them claiming I need to pay even though I have paid in full before. Had to get booking company involved, very rude staff during the process. Also note there is no baggage hold area so when you checkout there is no place to leave your bags while you explore. I would not recommend this place.
Not a great place for business travelers. I stayed for three nights and there was no room/cleaning service during that time, meaning that dirty cups/glasses were not replaced. Furthermore, shower gel is provided but no other bathroom amenities (shampoo, cotton pads/swaps, etc). My room had a very impressive bathtub but it was dusty, probably due to the fact that the water stream was very weak and it would have taken ages to fill up the tub. Also, you had to wait a long time for warm water. A leaflet in the room stated that breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am but breakfast could be served earlier upon request. Due to an early morning meeting I asked to have breakfast at an earlier time, and I was simply told that would not be possible. Staff did not make the friendliest impression. Very central location, the room can be noisy during the day/evening but was quite enough during the night. Free water provided in a fridge in the hallway. The Wi-Fi was on the slower side.
