We spent one night and the experience was great. Our room was in the top floor (5th) and everything was very clean/comfortable. The location of the hotel is just right, very central but far enough from the busy and noisy streets. We also liked the fact that the check out was at noon - so it’s possible to sleep until late and still take your time to checkout.
Excellent room for this price range. We paid £99, which is very very good for the area and quality. It’s perfectly central; but just a block off the crazy centre for when you want bars and cafes. Room was on the top (5th) level and was still spacious, with cute sky windows. Linens fluffy and cozy, mattress soft but firm (very comfortable), and bathroom was new, glass and sufficient. Staff very friendly and multi-lingual. Only request would have been to have a coffee maker/option in the room, and maybe a small fridge.
Great location for visiting Brussels. Rooms were clean and staff is extremely helpful. Just be mindful of the reception hours as they are closed in the afternoon.
Had a good stay here. My key card ended up not working at some point during our stay but it was resolved quickly. Front office closes at 10pm 22h
Nice boutique hotel in the city center of Brussels. Rooms are perfect for one person, maybe a little small for two. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the room was very dark a d doesn't have enough lighting. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830, so if you're an early riser you might want to look for other options to get your breakfast. Overall I had a nice stay.
