We had the most wonderful experience in the Qbic hotel Brussels. The room was spacious, had all the necessary facilities and the bed was truly wonderful. Everything was eco-friendly, which was a great plus. We had a lovely dinner (private dinner experience organized in Covid-times), consisting of a 4-course veggie/fish menu with local products and great wine. The chef had been really creative with vegetables to create a vegetarian meal, what always shows the kitchen’s ability. Not to forget the cocktail skills of the bar personnel. The day after we had an extensive and diverse breakfast in our room. As a cherry on top of the already delicious cake, the staff was extremely friendly and did their very best to give us an unforgettable time. It is clear that the team/the driving force behind this hotel has the heart and mind in the right place. We hope to come back any time soon!
I was welcomed in this hotel as a part of a family member. The staff is so warm and friendly. I will never remember this first moment! The rooms are ASBOLUELY amazing! (I have been to many hotels all around Europe but this one is amazing), they have a cinema room that is gorgeous for your events or just a family fun event. The food is delicious (did I mention their amazing breakfast) and the meeting rooms are full of warm and lively colors that will motivate you to work throughout the day. I would like to thank the whole staff for being so friendly during my stay and all my friends and family who had a night at Qbic absolutely loved it :)
Horrible experience. It is shocking that a 4 star hotel does not allow you to stay a little after 11am (the official check out time). I was thrown out in the -5 degrees and in the snow with nowhere to go (everything being closed) and my train wasn’t departing for a couple of hours. Absolutely revolting and unprofessional. I will never come back.
