I stayed here for a single night after a couple weeks in England and Paris. As soon as we arrived, our host was accommodating and helpful. We were able to store our luggage despite arriving early. A taxi was scheduled for our morning airport departure.
We received numerous recommendations for food and sights - all were excellent. Our one day in Brussels was entirely pleasant, hitting the typical tourist draws as well as some quieter scenic areas. Everything was am easy walk from the hotel, so the location was great.
We needed an early breakfast (at 7am), but the full breakfast was still provided (and was excellent). The breakfast was a wonderful start to a long travel day.
And the room - especially the shower, the bed, and the Nespresso machine! - was really a fantastic treat at the end of our trip.
If I'm ever in Brussels again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Actually, I look forward to it.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Brussels and the surrounding area. It was fabulous. The rooms are ultra modern with charm. Coffee, water and sodas are restocked everyday (free). Breakfast is included, of course, and waking up to freshly baked croissants is truly special. The B&B is also well located, just about 10 minutes to Grand Place and 15 to Brussels Central rail station. It's quiet, too. And yes, there's a lift, though you will have to navigate some steps (the lift stops in-between floors). Highly recommended!
This place is utterly fabulous -- truly a category of its own. Mario, who runs the place, is super nice and helpful. He also cooks up a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are spacious, cleans and tastefully designed with all the amenities you could ask for. And the location is not to be beat -- walking distance from all the main sights. My one regret is that we only spent one night because it definitely leaves a taste for more.

Beautifully appointed rooms in a convenient location. Mario, the owner, is gracious and very helpful in pointing out where to go for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. He cooked a fabulous breakfast for us as well. Definitely 5 star establishment!
