I was visiting Brussels with an electric car and was a bit surprised about the lack of easy accessible public charging stations in Brussels. The navigation system in the car showed me that there is a Tesla Destination Charger at the Hotel Made In Louise. Usually those Destination Chargers are only for guests but the very friendly receptionist saved me and let me charge the car. Furthermore she offered a free coffee for me and my friend on top of that! This let me to give the biggest tip I ever gave to an hotel, even if I did not have booked a room there. If you have a Tesla and are looking for a nice hotel in the center of the city, this is your match!
A charming building with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good selection of warm and cold food including delicious fresh bread and homemade jam. There was fresh fruit as well as plenty tempting snacks available all the time. Free tea and coffee available all the time and a well stocked bar.
My trip was cut short due to the current healthcare concerns in the world. Caroline was understanding and empathetic. i was not charged despite cancelling with notice.
Neighbourhood was safe and close to transit, shops and restaurants.
I would very much like to return.
This is a real gem. It’s a little walk from the very centre of Brussels but better for this. It’s in a charming locals neighbourhood with access to great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very well designed with real attention to service and homely feel. We loved it and will be back. Definitely recommend
