Truly amazing experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room is great and the service is top notch.
This is not a five star hotel anymore if it ever was. The premium room we booked was very rundown. The staff acted five star though but the food was good and made up for our disappointment.
My stay at the Warwick was one the best in a while. Given the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the bar and restaurant are closed. But to compensate, the room service is open from 7am to 5am.
The food is delicious and the service outstanding.
The gym and the sauna are open and available upon prior booking to maintain social distancing. There too, I had a great experience.
Right at the heart of Brussels having breakfast here in hotel gave me many options to choose from including best omelette ever. The ambience is personal the restaurant had a beautiful glass roof window of many birds but the outside view was like walking right into the fairy tale children books of knights and kings. There were many layers of experiencing. Time from the 14,15, 16 th century to today's so nostalgic. As an author i loved every detail i was inspired.
