Perfect Hotel, perfect Location, very very friendly personnel, big rooms good breakfast.
Went there to drink a cocktail in the lounge. Super professional and friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely decor, inside and outside. It's expensive (cocktail €16) but the professionalism of the staff and great taste of the cocktail make up for it. When we went for a smoke on the terrace, they even put the outside heating on just for the 2 of us. The bar is open till 1am (that's why we ended up over there), and the dress code is casual smart. Great selfie, IG-worthy place
Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We got super service from the second we stepped in. At 6.00am Suzanna greeted us at the reception and sorted us all out. My travel companion and I have never felt as welcomed as we did from Suzanna and the staff at this hotel. I will definitely be back. Bonus: the hotel is located in the heart of Brussels.
