Customer service is excellent! And they have a table set up in the lobby with paper bags and tongs. You can self serve yourself chocolate croissants and regular croissants. In the refrigerated section, you can select yogurt, individual cheeses and meats. And waters...gas and no gas are available. Was quite impressed with the selection.
What a view!
I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful (especially the older gentleman I forgot to ask the name of) and doing their best during these challenging times.
The best features are the super soft sheets, the raindrop shower, the great view (great touch with the couch along the window) and the big comfortable bed!
The minimalist design and abundance of light is very chic!
The only hitch might be that the bathrooms need some sprucing up.

Location very nice but hotel room and interior old must need to replace with new interior also breakfast area very small and congested, food variety also very less. Need lot of improvements.
Such a beautiful hotel, can highly recommend it. Feels super safe in these covid times with lots of measures in place. Excellent views, can highly recommend paying extra to get one of the top floors that gives lounge access with free drinks!
