Reviews from visitors:
I was there with my girlfriend on July, 2017, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was very respectful and helpful, the hotel is all colorful and we stayed at a huge room (I don't know if all of them are similar). It was clean and new. I remember that we payed such a great price for that. I can't say if they are still doing a good job, but at that point that was just a very nice place to stay. We could go on foot to the avenues or taking a bus or Uber to the tourist areas.
I am wondering wether this hotel is still open. I have tried to call them many times and sent many emails to postpone my stay but I have received 0 answer. Pantone Hotel, it would be great if you could give me an email or phone number that someone is checking. Thanks
Great place to stay!!! People is extremely friendly and helpful! They speak 4 or 5 languages. Close to downtown and to train station. You need to walk like 10 blocks. I haven't experience the public transport but train. They rent bikes. Really really nice hotel.
Good position, nice location. I've liked so much the colors, the hall, the comfort and the breakfast. The most important thing to me is the maintenance that has to be done continuously. This is not unfortunately the case.
The location is great. This is the biggest reason I am giving the hotel three stars, instead of one or two. The room we had was clean, but badly maintained (the drapes were torn and smelled bad, the bathroom had mold, the light switches had marks on them and worst of all, the matress was old and hurt our backs !). The view from the 7th floor where our room was was fantastic, but we forgot about that when the day of our departure we had to carry all our bags down a dangerous narrow staicase because the lift was out of order. I think that this staircase is just dangerous and the state should not allow a hotel have such a narrow winding staircase !! If there was an emergency, I don't want to imagine what would happen when all the guests would try to evacuate the building though this staicase in a hurry (there is an even more dangerous and narrower one outside of the building, that is out of the question for someone that is afraid of heights !). I guess that most of the guests that stay there don't have to know how it is to use this staircase, because they use the lift, but what if they need to (in case of a fire, for example) ? Everyone should be aware of this possibility and check out the evacuation procedure when checking in a room !! And the architects that design a building meant to be a hotel should always think that people that will use the evacuation route will not all be super fit youngsters with great balance ! Try and make an old overweight person go down your staircase in a hurry please, and if you succeed, then apply for a hotel licence for your building !!
