Love the clean Scandinavian design, a large room and comfy bed! The location is very good, walking distance from the EU institutions, as well as from the shopping area. Breakfast is very good.
The only thing I would change about it is the chair in the room - add some pillows to make it more comfortable.
Very nice hotel, clean and good taste in design. Staff were also friendly. My single room was a bit too small and claustrophobic. I would consider staying here again but the price for the small single should come down
The stuff is extremely helpful and it's very good that there is always someone at the reception. The style is very good (cozi but elegant) and the room was very clean!!

We had issue with Wifi in one room, however, staff changed our room.
During the night, it got really hot in the room without AC.
