Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Brussels city-center. This is the perfect place to stay to explore the city and is only ~15 min car ride from the airport. The hotel is clean, quiet, and adorably decorated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, bathroom was spotless and had a lovely rain shower. There is a Nespresso in the room for your morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!
Fairly recently refurbished hotel and very nicely decorated. The staff has made my quarantine feel as light as they could. They made me feel at home and cared for. I really enjoyed my stay with them.
Absolutely excellent service in and out of the rooms. The breakfast is great too. Greatly recommend the hotel. Special thanks to Abiola who has been an absolute treat.
Nicest IHG hotel with which I've ever stayed as an IHG elite Spire member (600,000+ points) at IHG hotels. I've seen many of their hotels.
Multiple lobby lounge rooms with a wide array of beautiful plants in all of them. Huge 4K display in the lobby from ceiling to floor of breath taking nature pictures from around the world.
Restaurant on one side and bar on the other. The bar doubles in the morning and lunch as the setting for the incredibly tasty hot and cold breakfasts and lunches.
Themed decorations thoughout with the light sound of birds near the elevator on my floor.
Outstanding gym with more equipment than I've ever seen in a hotel gym. They even have a free-weight standing squat bar/bench press machine that does not require a spotter to use. With a nice sauna and showers.
The large rooms with very comfortable beds are a little dark, but it blends well with the hotel's overall motif.
Great staff. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They assisted me with local food availability during COVID-19.
I very happy about my stay at this hotel:
- super clean (this is really important for me - I'm keeping an eye on cleanness a lot). Also a lot of sanitisers, spirit-napkins and tissues "at each corner"
- super friendly and helpful staff and manager (Mathieu (sorry for spelling if wrong), William and lady this morning at reception as well) Everyone are respecting social distance, wearing face masks properly(!) and aware of any necessary anti-covid measures as well
- incredible design, impressed me much
- we were lucky with cozy room, comfortable mattress and convenient bathroom
- the whitest and the most pleasant towels and bed linen
I already booked another one night here and very looking forward to stay at Indigo again. Most likely I'll recommend this place to my friends.
