Good hotel with fair pricing. Would stay again. It was a worm trio so only really saw the bed and shower. Both were clean and acceptable
Ideally located city hotel with great facilities. Swimming pool is a huge asset and direct access off of Queen Street makes it a great place to stay for work or leisure. Staff are effortlessly helpful and friendly too - will return!
I've stayed here when it was NEXT, now it Hyatt and they are charging more $ but apart from the sign nothing has changed and the place needs a Reno and update. I would say it's only 3.5 to 4 stars at best. Pool bar is the best part. The TV'S in the room are still programmed as Next hotel. Staff are very polite.
Awesome place to stay! If you're driving the car park entrance is via 33 Burnett Lane. Overall the staff was lovely and the food is excellent.
Worse experience I've had went to the pool top bar ordered a cocktail and a beer had to go back to the bar and request the cocktail again they'd completely forgot it when we finally got it wasn't what was ordered.Our experience didn't stop there went down for breakfast waited 50 minutes for it as they lost our order will not be returning as the staff service was terrible it wasn't a cheap stay as it was over $400 for one night ...expect a lot better service for that money
