Super stoked with our stay. Gorgeous, clean modern room with the massive bonus of a complimentary mini bar and coffee machine with pods - nice touch! Considering there are construction works kicking off at 6am in the morning right next door the sound proofing of the rooms are quite incredible. We couldn’t hear any of the city or construction noise with the doors shut. Will definitely be booking here again for our next Brisbane visit.
Comfy, clean bed but disappointed this is advertised as a boutique hotel. Not worth the money unless you want to sleep in a construction zone that blasts club music all night.
There is a club on the roof top that blasts music all through the night. I could have mistaken I was sleeping in a club and not a boutique hotel. The hotel is also surrounded by construction, I know this is out of the hotels control but I do think this should be communicated prior. I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth out of my stay with jack hammering from 6am onwards. I even opened up the curtains one morning to find a construction worker literally 2 metres from our room laying bricks with a direct view into our room. These sort of things need to be communicated clearly in advance so people can make informed decisions prior to staying.
The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and have everything one could want. The location of the hotel is great. It's nearby whatever you could want to do or visit and it's not located right on any busy street, so you have some seclusion. The rooftop bar is a great spot to chill and have a sundowner beer. The complimentary drink included for guests during guest hour is also a welcome bonus. The complimentary mini bar was also a grand little surprise. All in all, we couldn't have asked for more and were pleasantly surprised by Limes Hotel. We would definitely stay there again and I can recommend to anyone.
No hot water. Two stays in a row and no apology from the staff. Only book here if you are not planning to shower.
Not too busy and noisy at level 1 Saturday night.roof top bar may get noisy depending on occasions. Overall very good.
