Fantastic location, however some small concerns...
The shower leaked profusely requiring a towel on the floor.
The shower head was in need of repair on arrival, it leaked from the hose and rain shower head needed replacement / heavy cleaning.
The air-conditioning was not easy to work out and control.
There was one glass / tumbler / mug for the room booked for two.
The pool area smelt mouldy.
The towels were in some instances threadbare.
The lobby is heavily perfumed, this was an allergy trigger for myself.
However it did not greatly impact on the experience.
A nice hotel comfortable room,very quiet. Staff were good helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is hamstrung by the restaurant next door. The food is very poor quality. My wife had burnt eggs, hard as a rock, the salad greens were unfit to eat. It is independently owned.
A very nice modern hotel located in the heart of Brisbane. The hotel has parking and is a short walk to shops, the casino, cinema and restaurants. We have stayed there several times in the past and will continue to do so.
We stayed for 1 night on 31st December and quite frankly I found the accommodation sadly lacking considering the price of the room. 1 chair in room. Phone did not work to order another chair Tissues in box looked like they had been used. 3 coffee pods and a few tea bags and sugar, but nothing like other hotels we have stayed with ample supplies including a biscuit or two for more than one person.
Central to everywhere, and clean are the only points I could give a score of 2
Stayed here over Christmas at the end of 2020 loved it so much we returned again . Rolled in for a very late check in and service was great! Complimentary wine in the fridge is abit flash for us but very appreciated top notch guys!
