Stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment in Foresters Hall building from July to December 2020, while stranded due to border closures. The initial plan was to stay here for only one week, but after such a good experience we decided to stay longer. The room was spotless, very quiet and comfortable. The rooftop pool, gym and other facilities were excellent. The best aspect was the friendly front desk staff. All of them did a fantastic job and the front desk manager at the time, Jacob, took such good care of us we were sad to leave. The area is busy and full of restaurants, pubs and other nighttime entertainment.

Stayed in the Fortitude Suite which was fabulous. Might sound trivial but closing all the blinds was quite a task, perhaps consider electric. The staff were friendly however parking is ridiculously expensive
College dorm level experience. Horrible, rude and/or non-existent service (reception completely under staffed on an apparently busy weekend). The room is 3 stars or less. Amenities are average. The lift takes 5 minutes to arrive. No water bottles (let alone complementary) are even provided. The view is not worth a $350 per night charge. Literal trash outside the window. Hallways and elevators STINK like garbage. Floorboards are lifting. Items in the hotel (really an apartment) are not maintained (eg sideways lamp) and big fingerprints left showing the place hasn’t been adequately cleaned.
I wouldn’t look after my own place like this, and I wouldn’t expect a premium Peppers resort to be at all like this.
No bond returned from our October stay.
Late responses regarding the issue and last email sent no reply. Once there was a reply they apparently didn’t receive any info but then after had showed the info on a form later sent.$45 for valet parking. $270 for one night to be given first floor with just a window. Slowest elevator I have experienced. Overpriced and would not recommend staying here as there is definitely better value for money elsewhere in the valley.
Pool area is nice and staff were nice.
