Michelle is absolutely fantastic, very helpful and the other lady is super great too, rooms are fantastic and great facilities.
Generally ok. Rooms are clean however only 1 toilet paper roll is allowed per the full stay. Purchasing additional one is too costly from the hotel. Too stingy in comparison to other hotels around. Breakfast was very good. Staff are friendly but there is no reception desk after 6 or 7 pm. I would still recommend for the value of money!
We booked a 2 bedroom unit only to arrive in the room and find the 2nd bedroom only has a pull out sofa bed and not a real bed. This was extremely disappointing. As we paid for 2 bed but this is only a couch. Not worth the extra money to stay in the 2 bedroom. Otherwise the room is tidy and in a good location.
Very nice apartments with a continental breakfast, I prefer this over hotels. On-site free parking available which is not very common in Brisbane. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped. We arrived late on Sunday but received excellent instructions for late check-in, no issues at all. I definitely recommend this place!
Great place to stay when I have something on in Brisbane. Great facilities and the management & reception staff were super helpful. Breakfast options also good and cheap coffee.
