Reviews from visitors:
All was going great until departure. I had to wait 25 minutes for a lift before having to walk down 24 flights of stairs. Then breakfast was a joke. 35 minutes from ordering to arrival of food (bacon & eggs), got the order wrong when it arrived the first time and then eggs came hard boiled (asked for poached) second time. Not best value for $20.
Good location, clean rooms, everything else was fine.
a very well priced clean and tidy hotel. Rooms are decent with great river views.
They have a good Pool with a bar so if that’s your style and you don’t want to pay over the top for it give this place a go.
I’ve stayed twice and enjoyed it both times
Tom at reception was very helpful and friendly. I was gifted 2 free drink vouchers for my birthday. The location was great. But the TV entertainment service was terrible. Movies only played half way through, some movies wouldn't play at all. Staff couldn't fix it within the 2 nights we were there.
Will always stay at Next Hotel the service is excellent, the location could not get any better situated right in the heart of the city. Our room was very comfortable, not a huge room but great floor plan with the ability to open it right up and lots of luggage storage space too. Ended up extended our stay...we’ll be back!
Nice atmosphere and hotel and room very stylish with a lot of amenities.
Breakfast included which is fantastic but make sure you check on how busy they are. Arrived at restaurant at 9:15 and waited more than an hour to finally get food. Somebody not get their staffing right? Kitchen could not cope.
Beds were very firm as well.
