Service was excellent. Staff are very proactive. For example, the concierge saw us heading out and went out of his way to call the lift. After we checked out, concierge gave us bottles of water for the trip. Small things, but made a big difference. Bar is good. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Valentine's Day is the season of love and it's also a busy season for trying to find a reservation at a great hotel. The experience we had this weekend was seamless; from the warm welcome at Check In, to the friendly waiter giving great suggestions on cocktails in the bar, to a great morning breakfast in the restaurant. Our Executive Suite was clean, with a beautiful surprise arranged upon arrival. The whole experience this weekend was very refreshing. We left feeling, invigorated, as though we had been away for a week. Thank you to the Hilton Team
First time staying here and we will be back! Perfect location in Queen Street mall. Fantastic experience from when we arrived with our car, to check in, and then again on departure. Clean, modern rooms with great views of Brisbane. The bar is excellent and all the staff are warm and friendly. We didn’t get time to try the pool or restaurant but they look fabulous too. Highly recommend especially for locals looking for a city getaway.
I've stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back. Every aspect from concierge, check-in, stay, food and beverage, location, amenities and check-out is first class. I have never had a negative or even a bad experience. I'd highly recommend this as a home away from home. Well done Hilton Brisbane.
Located in the middle of the CBD (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you with great hospitality. The hotel staff are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The hotel provides you almost every facility from good rooms, gym, pool and food and drink service no matter where you are within the hotel. The breakfast option was great with a large variety and freshly made juices. Overall experience was awesome. I highly recommend the Hilton hotel, you wont regret it
