I just wanted to say thank you once again to the Gambaro group for your outstanding hospitality on my recent stay. It was my second time staying and the service never fails to dissapoint. I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade and light breakfast. I have stayed at many other 5 star establishments and they could certainly take a leaf out of your book! Thank you Maggie and team for an incredible, refreshing stay and I can't wait for my return which I am sure will be very soon.
The Service was unbelievable. The staff there welcomed you and smiled when you walked through the door. Thank you to Maggie who was so delightful and also happy to help us out. I recommend coming back to this great Hotel. It was central to everything. Room was fantastic and the bed so comfortable.
We stayed at Gambaro for a night on our wedding anniversary and loved our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were fabulous! Would definitely recommend booking one of the deluxe rooms so you can sit on the Balcony and look out over Brisbane. Thank you so much for making our night special!
Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and over tge phone, Room was very clean and tastefully decorated and had everything needed for a short stay will definately be back again
An unpleasant stay. The service was shockingly poor, especially considering it is supposedly a 5 star hotel. Rooms quite small too, with less complimentary items or purchasing options than a 2 star hotel. For details: we found a large cockroach in our room at 2am we personally had to take care of, the rooms were very dusty (we had to change), and when all mentioned to reception it was disregarded. Won't be back.
