Absolutely fantastic! In every way!
But...come breakfast queue then getting car from valet parking.... 30 min delay for both, it's a major fail.
$45 day for valet parking when we never went to the car is price gouging. We accepted it but won't again.
You guys have worked so hard and delivered a brilliant product. Just need more of your fantastic staff at peak times.
Really looking forward to our next visit!
Pretty good. Definitely doesn't compare to emporium or W hotel. A little rough around the edges but no real complaints.
Ok, so from 'Go to Woe' these guys were incredible! The gentleman at reception for check in had this adorable quirkiness about him that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home! He was incredibly professional, nothing was too much trouble and every question had an answer with a smile! The decor was so funky and cute, with a 1980's kick, yet a very clean and luxurious vibe... Of course the free mini-bar is worth a mention but the sweetest and very best touch of the entire trip was the bottle of bubbly and the handwritten card that was waiting in our room, sending us well wishes and congratulating us on our engagement! The individual and fine touches were on point and made our stay one of the best we've ever had! Thanks Ovolo The Valley... we will not only be back in a heartbeat, but we will sing your praises to all we know who visit Brisbane thank you again for so many sweet congrats on our big news! Such thoughtfulness and care is very rare at hotels/accommodation these days!
Absolutely love this Boutique Hotel and can highly recommend an overnight or weekend stay there. The staff and service is above and beyond and the decor and quirkiness makes it fun and a feel good atmosphere. The location is fabulous and the restaurants, bars and shops around are a bonus including ZaZaTa and Tartufo and the amazing designer consignment Boutique just across from the hotel called Designer Emporium. It’s worth a stay just to visit this shop for the incredible Designer bargains!
Booked in here for the first time last weekend. It was organised for me by my friends. I'm a web designer and love quirky places with attention to detail. I have to say the Ovolo did not disappoint. Every room was carefully planned out and well designed. Free mini bar and snacks and no rules with the pool meant we could head up for a night time swim after a long night out on the town. Highly recommend.
