We booked for a 3 night stay for 2 adults 3 children. Only stayed one night. The room hadn't been cleaned, rubbish under couch and hidden behind bin. Only two beds no extra bed for third child. Shower didnt drain so flooded through to toilet. The receptionist was nice and luckily had full refund for the two nights not stayed.
Arrived early and got the spa bath room 30" earlier which was a great start.
The room just got " cleaned" , toilet seat dirty, bath with hair, fingers marks on mirrors... Reception changed us to a studio ( no bath ) straight away.
But again disappointed, the vaccuming must of been an option, one bathrobe for two people, when running the water noisy pipe noise at the same time, had to request coffee pods " included in room "... Noisy top neighbours until 1am...well cheap enough for one room and one night only . The pool was good on top floor.
The rooms have potential but housekeeping must définititevy improve for a better rating .
There was no receptionist at the counter (24hour check in ). Tried calling the reception phone and the phone that was displayed to call when no one was there. Both had no answer after several calls. Finally got into the hotel about 30 mins later. Went up to my room. Hotel had a funky smell about it.
Old coffee pod was still in the coffee machine, benches were soiled. Shower head had a leak.
Bed was comfortable though.
Overall ok stay for an overnight stop, however a bit pricey considering.
We love this place but I dont understand why its so bad for a guy to wear "running shoes" as you say. They are closed in shoes not steel caped, just normal shoes so why is it that my Friends can't get into this club and this club 9nly cos of what shoes they are wearing..m eveey other club let's us. Why???
Clean rooms. Good price. Room decorations a little ugly. My room was next to a childcare centre so screaming children during weekdays. Quite on weekends
