The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
I had a very good experience staying here. The best services in Poiana Brașov. The rooms are big, in fact are apartments. The pool is cool, although small, but good. Be sure to double check before if it is open or not. The place is very close to the ski track. Sometimes, in the winter, it is too warm inside, too hot, so you have to crack a window, a bit for the night. Usually the air is very dry here, so if you have a nice air humidifier, you'll have the best sleep ever in the nights. In the morning, the food is decent, not an open buffet, but a service at the table.
A pretty nice and quit place to stay and relax. The staff is very welcoming and makes sure everything is to your liking. However, for a long stay, it might get pretty boring since there are not so many activities to do inside the hotel, except for pool, sauna and massage. The pool has a more exotic feeling to it, but you need to be lucky and either be the only one there or with a couple of other people. I think that any more than 6-7 people would not have enough room to swim properly in there.
Nice quiet small hotel, our suite was very big and very nicely furnished, flawlessly clean. The pool and spa area are also very nice and enjoyed a top quality massage. Breakfast was also very nice, prepared and served for each guest (not the usual buffet type). All our needs were catered for, including the food preferences of a rather fussy small child. We will definitely stay here again when in Poiana Brașov
