Very dissapointed: no spa, pool, hot tub. Why put them as facilities if you do not offer such things. At this price you can stay at the Silver Resort Poiana and all this facilities work even on covid. This is called false advertisement. Moreover, we are a smokers couple and not even a balcony is provided. Doesn't deserve more than 1 star.
How can it be a 4 star hotel if the entrance sign is not fully illuminated. Is that expensive to change a neon on a 4 star hotel?
Very poor amenities, I do not recommand.
Shower was not working properly in our room, after we told them that there's an issue, they said that they will send someone to fix it, they did send and said that the issue was fixed but it wasn't.
The heating didn't work in the bathroom.
We had an extra bed in our room, they said it will be a quality one, it was a very cheap one, you could barelly sleep on it.
No storage room for skiing equipment.

Very reasonably priced, pretty good standard. Clean, spacious, nice staff.
Very good hotel, staff is friendly, huge rooms, every day clean fresh towels and the bed is organized, the location is very good 4 minutes walk to the nearest ski slope, the breakfast is fine! The pool and sauna are perfect for Finishing the day after skiing, the jacuzzi wasn't hot but it was still warmer than the pool! And plenty of parking just outside the hotel! Will come here back again
