The hotel looks quite nice but... No fresh towels the second day, no minibar restocked, no room cleaning in two days, no spa, no pool... although it was mentioned on Booking.
This hotel is too highly rated! You will feel like it's a bad joke. The floor carpet is dirty and seems like it wasn't cleaned for years. The bathroom is a disaster! Dirty!!! The bad was full of big lumps. The towels had holes in them and had yellow/brown spots. Another thing was the overall bad smell, it was unbearable. Do not recommendit...
I had a nice experience in this hotel.
They happened to host a wedding in their reception hall but the noise was not bothering from my room. Depending on the location of your room, you can have a view of the city, with the mountains in the distance or the parking lot.
Rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
The Coresi shopping mall is 10-15 minutes away.
We had to change rooms because someone had been smoking in our bathroom. Even the towels smelled like cigarettes. The staff were helpful and the location was great for our stay.
Great experience. Very kind, flexible and helpful staff, delicious food, great accommodation.
