Such a disappointment. We've stayed here before but this time, not only it's a real bad experience, but the people that used to be so nice and so customer oriented are now condescendent and treat you as if they simply don't care ... just a few of the things that are wrong: no pressure for the hot water, don't take the baroque room, it's on the top floor and if any of the other rooms uses the bath it will take 2 hours (at least) to fill in the bath tub in your room (the answer from the hotel is that you need to wait for the other rooms to close the hot water ...), don't bring any beverage from outside or you'll have to take the empty bottles with you when you leave (that's the message you'll receive from the reception with a condescendent tone ...) ... really too bad that places like this one simply loose all of the things that you love about them ...
Wonderful experience! Great scenery, excellent breakfast and friendly, professional stuff. The design of the room was quite authentic, we had Moroccan one. Thanks for the experience, Chambers'n Charm!
A nice place, clean with nice decorations in the rooms and good services. Some of the superior rooms have terrace (not all of them) and the tubs in the rooms are great for romantic effect! Breakfast is ok without being something special. Some rooms are a bit noisy, but it's not such a big issue if you close the windows. Nothing bad to say about this place! However, the price is too high for what it offers.
Very nice suite with an amazing bath tub. We had a very relaxing getaway.
My only complaint is about the cash payment. Please try to make card payment available or at least tell us about cash only when we book the room.

Beautiful location and nice designed rooms, although the price does not reflect the service.
If you go for the bath tub option this takes ages to be filled and does not have a jacuzzi so it's more or less pointless. The price is considerably higher just for this option.
They also charge huge prices for a still water or anything else, they don't have any price list there are no glasses inside the rooms
Very disappointing for such a beautiful location that they simply try to rip you off.
