I have spent one Night in Secret Boutique Hostel and am Really happy that I have Found this Place. The owner is Really Nice, helpful and flexible! The Rooms Are clean, modern and Really fancy. The Price is Also good. In my opinion the BEST Hostel I have been so far.
Very clean and neat. Loved the cubby beds that give you the feeling of a tiny private room.
I'll start by saying that I was born in Romania but for the past 30 years I live in Canada. I don't stay at hotels or hostels when I travel there, since I have family and enjoy staying with them. Last time though, I travelled with a girlfriend and we've stayed a few days at the Secret Boutique Hostel together, while we took day trips around the gorgeous town of Brasov (Kronstadt).
The minute you step foot in, you know you are in a different league of a hostel: small and cozy, but modern. The host is kind and puts her customers first. We spent our mornings in the kitchen preparing breakfast and chatting with the other guests, all of whom were delighted with their accommodations. Something worth noting, which I have not seen before, were the drapes at each bed, offering you a sense of intimacy rarely experienced in a hostel. And what about the beds?? With their double mattresses, comfortable and spacious they are the perfect place to dream about Transylvania and its famous vampire. The cleanliness of the bathrooms really surpassed all my expectations. And since I am a former local, I appreciated tremendously the close proximity to the town main Square which is the starting point for all your shopping and dining needs. In other words, I would bring all my friends from far away to the Secret Boutique Hostel and I hope you do too!
