Great location, friendly staff, room was perfect - equipped with a thermostat, a huge bed with a comfortable matress and good water pressure in the shower - and a very nice breakfast. We paid for the city hall's parking spot. For one night's stay, the parking price is reasonable.
Excellent accommodation. Recently renewed from a 1697 old building, it has all the modern touches but preserving the old character. Highly recommended
PAY ATTENTION: I'll write only the facts,
We booked 2 weeks before a beautiful luxury large room, to confirm our reservation we sent 500ron.
We arrived on the 31st and they immediately asked us to pay the difference for the reservation, 1500 ron ( 4 nights 500 ron x night ) before looking at the room, INAPPROPRIATE!
The room was a basic room that should have cost around 300 ron per night, obviously nobody was at the reception to receive our complain.
On the same evening we complained to a responsible at their hotel's restaurant, he looked very understanding and friendly towards us, maybe a BIT TOO friendly, the day after, he asked for my girlfriend's friendship on Facebook!!
The second day of our staying, we send them an email to ask a room changing or a compensation, obviously no answer and the reception deserted!
We left the hotel on the 4th of January, very disappointed by the hotel disservice and poor customer service attitude.
This is why I'm writing, BE CAREFUL GUYS, the hotel staff is super fast in getting your money, but they forget to deliver their promises....
