Excellent staff and service! The receptionist was also friendly and helpful with anything my group needed. Their attention to COVID safety protocols was great as well. They also keep your luggage if needed (like I checked out on time and left my luggage there for a bit after).
My room was the queen room with the bathroom in the room. The room itself was not anything exceptional. My view was of a building and there was no microwave/fridge. However, the low price and relatively good location made up for it. If you want something better, you have to pay for it. So if you're looking for a budget option, this is a great hotel to stay at.
I cannot express enough just how charming this little hotel is! The room is small, but honestly, how much time are you really spending in your room while visiting a big city? It was perfect. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up and around in the morning. The staff was so kind to my dog, providing him with a dog bed, food/water bowls, poop bags/holder, and showering him with treats and becoming his instant best friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!
I had a very nice at this hotel during the COVID crisis. Considering that sanitation and cleanliness is always at the front of our minds these days, I found NO issue with the hotel going above and beyond to make sure that I was safe. I truly felt that I was in good hands the entire way through. When it comes to the actual room, I was nothing but please. The room was perfectly laid out, and it was honestly better than the bedroom at my house! The bathroom was very elegant, and the kitchen came fully stocked with plates and mugs. It is in a great location, right near Copley, Huntington, and Back Bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who lies safety and convenience with a touch of royalty.
Full disclosure; I am only giving 5 stars to Alexandra, the manager of the bar. I can't fully comment on the hotel/other staff as I did not stay at hotel (I stayed across the street). Alexandra had about 500 things going on the night that I was there, but she literally did them all. Good job Westin, good hire. You need to promote people who work hard for you!
I loved it, the room and the wine gathering everyone was great. ( felt comfortable as a black couple)
Beautiful historic hotel with lots of charm and character. We came during covid restrictions and the Oak restaurant was closed. Staff was attentive and helpful. Good location to walk to many of Boston's famous and historical sites
We just had a staycation to celebrate our Anniversary as a family. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to give us a special experience. The rooms were lovely and so clean. We look forward to many more visits to the Loews.
Great hotel! Beautiful architecture and great room and location. My only negative would be the provided shampoo and conditioner, did not smell very good
This is an exceptional property with outstanding service. The staff at this property are great. The indoor people overlooking the city is awesome. The room quality is similar to the Park Hyatt hotels (Hyatt’s 5-star properties), but I’d have to say the experience here beats the Hyatt luxury brand. Strongly recommend this one.
What a beautiful hotel stay we had. The rooms are so comfy, and stylish. The staff is extremely nice. We had a really fun staycation in the city. Thank you Mandarin! Great location to everything
The father and son duo behind the bar were outstanding. Charm, attentiveness, perfection. I have never had a better experience at hotel or bar combined. Recommend 10/10!
