This hotel is a must stay! I LOVED how the lobby smelled, every time you walk in there it smells so relaxing like a spa. Customer service was amazing! Janelle was wonderful. She recommended a few spots for breakfast, we tried out pink tacos, it was delicious. Janelle did everything in her power to make our stay a memorable one. The room was gorgeous, the views are spectacular, the bed was so comfortable. I loved the idea of the tv stand. The roof top is really nice. I wish it would be a little higher but well not much we could do about that. The atmosphere is great, they have great music, pretty bar but I wish they had more items on the menu. The menu felt limited and it was expensive. I found it more of a cool place to hangout. All in all the Envoy is a 10/10 for me.
Talk about hospitality! My friends and I flew in from Denver on a late flight and arrived at midnight. Talisha went over and above to make us feel comfortable. She helped us find food when nearly everything was closed in a blizzard and even and a bottle of wine to celebrate. She treated us like we were royalty.
The next day we had to work remotely from our rooms and the day staff was so kind to let us have a very late check-out.
The hotel is hip and clean and everything you'd expect, but to have that extra kind touch in a city like Boston was unexpected and so very appreciated!!
My wife and I stayed overnight at the Envoy for her birthday getaway. Even during these pandemic times during my stay all staff wore masks, barriers were put in place when interacting with front desk, and elevator restrictions (how many people can go in) we felt safe and the experience was not diminished.
I did used the mobile checkin and used the mobile key. Both worked flawlessly and did not need to go to the front desk.
I would definitely come back again for another stay (during or after) the pandemic so I can hopefully enjoy more amenities the place has to offer such as the lounge area, roof top bar, etc
The top looking @ the city landscape. Attractions over all. The atmosphere the people working there. It is a great additions to seaport areas and to Boston en general
Front desk on 3/10 was unbelievably rude. It was my friends birthday and I’m staying at the hotel with her and her husband. I recommended the hotel in the first place because of the roof deck. Which I now regret. I called multiple days beforehand trying to confirm that I could set up her room with decorations and surprise her when she arrived. The day of the reservation I was speaking to the same front desk assistant and he refused to let me in. He then raised his voice at me and disrespected me. Finally after embarrassing me he realized he was wrong and let me in the room. Needless to say we are never staying here again.
