Reviews from visitors:
Very beautiful and elegant hotel near the bay. The rooms are huge, luxurious, and the service is impeccable. Food was a set course meal, presented nicely, and delicious. The palm trees are a visual delight. We enjoyed a night swim during our stay. The staff members are commendable for their courteousness, too. Highly recommended!
We arrived at 4 PM. Check in was 3 PM and our room was not ready so we waited. When we got to the room, it was filthy. The floor was dirty, the light switch in the bathroom had some kind of food on it, the headboard was full of dust, and on the window ledge there was cigarette ashes. The hotel website indicates it's a luxury boutique hotel that has a Covid-19 cleanliness promise, which certainly was not the case with our room.
We were only in for the night and had reservations, so we didn't change rooms. We were given a room discount and they waived the $25 amenity fee. Safe to say we will not be staying at this hotel again.
Room was filthy. During covid-19, I would expect cleanliness to be of utmost importance. The pillowcase had mascara smudges on it (which means they were never changed) and the bed had a massive ball of hair in it. When we spoke with the front desk, they said they supposedly upgraded our room, but it was the exact same room, on a different floor. I will never stay here again.
Overall great stay and would go back. Could do with a little more attention to detail with housekeeping. Great location, views, dog friendly, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff.
I couldn’t have been more pleased, they let me check in just a smidge bit early which was amazing considering I had a crazy toddler with me. We were a needy guest and they were very accommodating, between hot cocoa spills and much needed ice. They were fast and efficient every-time we phoned the front desk. The staff out by valet were also on their A game! We didn’t have a car but anytime we would walk out or in they were quick with opening the doors and greeting our bubbly and loud children. They didn’t have any of their bars or restaurants open which is completely understandable. I would most definitely stay there again! Oh and the location was phenomenal, just minutes walk from the park, Quincy market and any of the public transportation.
