Great spot!
love the big indoor pool and safety guidelines they provide. Right across the street from Galleria Mall which offers food shopping conveniently! Took city bike for a ride to the Commons even in the winter !
Good stay, super comfy beds, and love being In cambridge yet close to Town.
The View is to die for . That wasn't expected
We arrived in Boston much earlier than expected, hoping to park at the hotel garage before check-in to do some things in the area (we purchased parking with our reservation). Not only were we able to check in early and park, we were also upgraded to "the best room in the hotel" as the desk clerk described it - and she wasn't wrong! We had a tremendous view of the river and the Boston skyline. The room was very nice and covid-safe, the bed was perfect, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We were also able to leave the car in the garage until after checkout, so we could spend longer in the city. We will definitely be staying there again when we have plans in the area!
Staff was friendly, accommodating, and quickly responsive.
Good view, clean room, decor and furniture is up to date. Our room had an awesome view of the river and other buildings.
The pool was clean and quite large (both the room and the pool itself), the fitness room is large and clean, the lobby is huge.
Parking is convenient, easy, and free for guests.
I wish google had a zero star option, because that is what they deserve. The man on that phone, was poking fun at a relatives accent. Does this company look so low on immigrants? Do you want this to be the image of the company?
Person at front was very nice. Love the look. The room was comfy. I say bring your own shampoo and conditioner because theirs sucks. Of course, it works if you don't have any but I do not suggest it. Overall great little stay.
