What can I say about a Ritz-Carlton that hasn’t already been said. High quality of service and great staff. Most importantly, the hotel and my suite were a proper level of clean.
Regarding this particular stay, the concierge service was outstanding. My rental car was waiting when I arrived and the staff were helpful regarding local haunts that would enhance my trip.
I've stayed here twice. The room was not ready before ~5pm each time. Bags weren't brought up the the room. I'd requested a refrigerator, plates and silverware. Nothing was in the room. The car took 45 minutes to get picked up from valet. Low end experience both times for a high end brand.
This hotel was pretty dated last time I was there. This was in 2016, so maybe they have upgraded since, but it was very overpriced for what it was. The rooms were nice, but not up to other Ritz standards. Service was terrific. Location was really nice and I loved that it was attached to an Equinox gym.
