If you are looking for a quaint boutique hotel in Boston look no further! We recently needed to travel to Boston for medical reasons for four nights and reached out to the general manager Pasquale and she went above and Beyond our expectations. Of course we didn’t expect anything less. We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always blown away by the level of customer service. We feel like family! Thank you for your continued impeccable service and care that you continue to show us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eliot. The suite was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the additional COVID precautions that were taken and how friendly and accommodating the staff were to us and our dog, Jax. We highly recommend the Eliot for a glamorous stay in Boston, steps to Newbury and the best shopping/restaurants!
Edit: went back on New Year's Day. Sandeep and Jean were on their game. Notably, and along the lines of other comments, the suite sizes vary -- this is pretty common in older hotels with interesting layouts. Ours was smaller this time, but still quite substantial. The corner rooms may be the ones to go for -- in any event, likely makes sense to discuss directly with the hotel when booking if you want the max relax. Great place, feel lucky to stay there. Realistically I personally may have affordability issues once we get back to a more-normal state of affairs, but that is ultimately my problem and not the hotel's.
