Excellent staff and service! The receptionist was also friendly and helpful with anything my group needed. Their attention to COVID safety protocols was great as well. They also keep your luggage if needed (like I checked out on time and left my luggage there for a bit after).
My room was the queen room with the bathroom in the room. The room itself was not anything exceptional. My view was of a building and there was no microwave/fridge. However, the low price and relatively good location made up for it. If you want something better, you have to pay for it. So if you're looking for a budget option, this is a great hotel to stay at.
Incredibly friendly staff. The rooms are super cute and very comfortable. We had to share bathrooms with the floor, but everything was kept extremely clean. A lot of covid safe measures. They were incredibly helpful by storing my bicycle and bags for a couple of days after my stay.
The staff was fantastic and everyone took great precautions for the current pandemic. This hotel works very well for a one or two night stay. But if you are looking to spend any more time than that in the hotel it lacks a little. The rooms are very small, there are no fridges in the rooms, and there are no ice machines on the floors. I don't know if those are current precautions but it was slightly odd and a bit of an inconvenience. They do have a great option to text a number to get any of your questions answered and to have things delivered (such as ice). So again, the staff was incredible and only a few things seem to be a small inconvenience. I do recommend this hotel for a one or two person quick stop.
Lovely staff and beautiful hotel with modern amenities.
This hotel published misleading room information on hotel booking website.
I booked a room, which they claimed to be with “detached private bath”. When I checked in, I found out it was actually shared bathroom.
I’m also really shocked that they’re still trying to sell rooms with shared bathroom given the pandemic is still undergoing and the number of new cases in Massachusetts is raising. From what I saw inside the hotel, I have strong coronavirus concerns and I hope the local government is aware of what is happening there.
