The best customer service! Each associate we interacted with was genuinely interested in why we were there and what we wanted to do in the city. The room was stunning and the cleaning crew was magnificent.
I tried booking a spa day through the webpage and it wasn't allowing me to confirm my booking date and told me to give the spa service a call. I called for service and no one picked up their phone so I left a voice mail and also emailed them. There's still no response from this place. Very disconcerted with this hotel spa and I am not going to bring any business to this establishment. Great way of showing your professionalism Mandarin Hotel!

Mandarin Oriental is an excellent hotel. The location is amazing. The hotel is connected to the prudential mall which is a huge plus in the winter when you don’t want to step out in the cold.... Newbury Street is just across the street for great dining and shopping options.
The city view rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are really huge and luxurious! The staff at Mandarin are beyond amazing! Special shout to Tanja who took care of us from start to finish! Everything was perfect. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed their VIP treatment. She received a plus Lobster toy on check in, got her fave snacks and drink sent to the room, received a cute little bathrobe and slippers for use during the stay.. She loved it..
We totally enjoyed their NYE package which included a variety of services such as complimentary valet parking, Early check in and late check out etc.. The 5 course inroom dinner was amazing, the room was decorated very well with party goods to ring in the new year and yes the champagne and drinks were so good. The chef also made a special dinner meal for my daughter which she really liked.
Overall Tanja and her team took a lot of effort and made sure our stay was perfect!
