We just had a staycation to celebrate our Anniversary as a family. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to give us a special experience. The rooms were lovely and so clean. We look forward to many more visits to the Loews.
Relaxing, mouth-watering cuisine, and excellent service. I think this will be the best hotel in this town, and thank you for being able to find it just in time. My stay in this position was worth it. They were all so welcoming. It's the ideal spot for every reason.
I have stayed here a number of times and I have never found anything to complain about. The service is excellent and they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. It may be luck but usually I arrive in Boston late morning and they have always had a room ready for me.
Nice hotel. Good service at front desk. Restaurant and bar closed. All other places around the hotel at 25% capacity - could not get into any of them. Not the hotel's fault, but diminished the experience. I can order take out and stay in at home.

Great location. Very walkable. Comfortable room and the nightlight feature in the bathroom was an unexpected and welcome feature. So close to everything. Very crisp and clean. Great stay. Thanks!
