This is an exceptional property with outstanding service. The staff at this property are great. The indoor people overlooking the city is awesome. The room quality is similar to the Park Hyatt hotels (Hyatt’s 5-star properties), but I’d have to say the experience here beats the Hyatt luxury brand. Strongly recommend this one.
This was literally the best hotel experience I have had YET!! The breakfast was very good The bathroom was clean and everything was beautiful The pool was very cool and very nice it had an awesome view the gym was very nice. I would come here again
Me and my wife got married 9/19/20 and honeymoon plans got postponed due to covid. My friends surprised us with a stay here for a few nights.
Let me tell you the front desk was more than exceptional. The valet was great and like nothing seen before. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better team to greet me and my wife after getting married. They sent up champagne with a card and every staff member seemed to know and congratulate us. My wife was so ecstatic to be here and appreciated all the kind love and support of our new marriage.

Loved the elegant and high-tech rooms, especially the TV in the bathroom mirror.
Great upscale venue with sophisticated crowd all around. Loved their Japanese restaurant and the DJ out there. Zuma Rocks.
