Great spot. Use to stay here regularly in the early 2000’s and actually had our wedding here (the first ever held at the hotel). On a recent trip to Boston I decided to stay here again. Glad I did.
Though the rooms are a little smaller than I would like the furnishings, amenities and service is impeccable. Best of all if you stay in a premium room you get the use of their hotel limo to take you around Boston. It's a wonderful stretched Mercedes with all of the goodies! Our driver Charles was impeccably dressed in a chauffeur uniform and performed his duties as one would expect of a fine bespoke valet.
The room rates are a little pricey but if you are looking to treat yourself it's well worth the cost. Comparable to the Four Season or Ritz Carlton but you get more value (like the limo service). Great spot to stay if your doing the annual comic con held in Boston as it’s a short ride to the venue.
The combination of a gorgeous room and full room service from Moooo... made for a perfect Valentine's Day getaway. Everything was wonderful right down to our dog loving all the biscuits.
The customer service I received from XV Beacon Hotel while planning my elopement was amazing! We ended up having to cancel and that process was seamless, which was so appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and their awesome team.
We first stayed here on our wedding night. We returned 16-years later and rediscovered the magic that is XV Beacon. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We loved our fireplace and jetted tub in our beautiful guest room. Hotel staff were so attentive and lovely, making us feel special. In-Room dining was spectacular. Not too many places offer caviar service and foie gras—we enjoyed both in our guest room! And the two-level roof deck was perfect for watching the sunset over our beautiful city. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Bravo to Amy and her team for maintaining a gorgeous boutique hotel! We will not wait 16-years to return!
My fiancé and I stayed at XV Beacon for a local getaway during Covid-19. We were beyond impressed with the safety measures this hotel has put in place and felt extremely comfortable (and spoiled!) The staff is thoughtful, friendly, and professional. Bluetooth speakers in the room to play your own music, fireplace, city views, wonderful smelling amenities, luxurious robes, towels and bedding - the list goes on. Everything is meticulously clean and perfect. The environment is warm and classy. The management at this hotel has done a fabulous job of creating a 5-star experience that is personalized for each of it's guests. It's no wonder XV Beacon continually receives awards. We will never stay anywhere else again. XV Beacon is the way to go when visiting Boston. We will be back!
